About Moneyball Names

Moneyball Names is a scouting service for domain investors. The idea comes from baseball: instead of paying superstar prices for the names everyone wants, use data to find the ones the market has overlooked.

How we scout

Every name we cover gets a NAR score, short for Name Above Replacement. It combines seven stats: length, word quality, pronounceability, extension strength, keyword demand, commercial intent, and brandability. The score is a starting point for judgment, not a replacement for it.

The Farm Team

We invest in names ourselves. Our Farm Team lists the domains we own and have for sale on Atom, each with ideas for what a buyer could build.

Who is behind it

Moneyball Names is a Mass Density, Inc. brand, run by a team that builds and operates a portfolio of media, AI, and marketing sites.
